About The Position

The primary responsibilities of this role will be aligned with one of the below four functional areas within the Drug and Alcohol team, with the flexibility to support other areas as needed based on business demands. Appropriate training will be provided to ensure success in assigned responsibilities and any cross-functional support. Audit Preparation Review drug and alcohol testing forms for accuracy and completeness, and work closely with collectors to resolve discrepancies by coordinating affidavits when errors are identified Maintain a well-structured and efficient filing system to ensure easy access and organization of records Perform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits in preparation for the annual FAA inspection DOT Records Checks Review candidate paperwork for accuracy and coordinate corrections as needed Conduct outreach to previous employers to request records and research accurate contact information when necessary Match incoming documentation to original requests, update candidate records, and maintain organized filing of completed packets Follow-Up Program Receive, review and update daily drug/alcohol test result records for DOT and Company Testing program employee files Coordinate/schedule follow up testing based on testing plan as directed by the Substance Abuse Professional Use company personnel data management tools to verify team member testing information and request corrections if needed Reasonable Cause/Reasonable Suspicion Manage Reasonable Cause/Reasonable Suspicion employee cases when test results are negative, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and filed in the employee’s packet Communicate return-to-duty clearance to the business Research escalations related to pre-employment drug testing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Skilled in filing, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Maintains a consistently positive and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior
  • Self-motivated with strong personal discipline
