You Will Be: As a Coordinator in our Distribution Center, you will be responsible for making sure that merchandise reaches the designated end-destination in a timely fashion. They work closely with the leadership team on problem resolution and to ensure inventory accuracy. The coordinator position requires an elevated skill set and does not have direct reports.

Requirements

Demonstrate attention to detail
Possess the ability to work independently
Can communicate effectively with leadership, business partners, and customers
Generate a variety of approaches to problem solving
Open to learning and developing new skills and processes
Ability to use and/or learn a RF Scanner
Ability to work a pre-set schedule
Good computer skills with an ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems.
Ability to operate manual pallet jack
Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs. repetitively
Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal.
Must be able to communicate understanding of English during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Perform all functions of the department including processing, material handling, and problem resolution
Problem solving receipt issues to outside business partners.
Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals
Verify merchandise is received correctly
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
