Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity on the Aetna Pharmacy COB team for a qualified individual to use and develop Core Competencies while contributing to our team and CVS Health’s success. This position involves research and resolution of pharmacy claims billing issues; collecting and analyzing data to identify process gaps and assisting with recoveries. This role will collaborate with a variety of internal and external areas. Working independently is critical to the success of this role, as well as working collaboratively with the rest of the team.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in healthcare related industry; claims, eligibility and Coordination of Benefits

• Detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in data research and analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project); Aetna member source systems and CVS claim adjudication system, i.e., RxClaim and PeopleSafe
• Health care industry experience
