Coordinator, Customer Service Import- SHA & Dwell Team
About The Position
Facilitates the movement of import cargo and keeps customers satisfied with any and all details of shipments. Provides immediate response to customer inquiries; provides timely information to Customs and the terminals and provides paperwork and electronic data to various locations. With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world’s leading liner shipping companies.
