We are looking for people who work safely and with a quality focus; who work with a sense of urgency and purpose; and who contribute integrity and a positive attitude. The Coordinator, Customer Account Services will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of clients' orders are analyzed, processed, and monitored in a timely manner. Provide operational support for multiple key wholesale accounts which generate at least $50 mil in revenue.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ Customer Service and/or Supply Chain experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and proactively identify business opportunities.
  • Strong organization and communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail oriented.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric teamwork environment.
  • Good attitude for problem solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear roadmap.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new software systems and applications.
  • Comfort and speed with PC applications such as MS Excel, Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of EDI orders, SAP or similar ERP or WMS systems

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer order flow and services multiple customers and facilities.
  • Process customer orders for major retail customers.
  • Provide effective support and order coordination from forecast to confirmed shipping.
  • Coordinate special requests, promotions, and sales activity between customers and facilities.
  • Support Account Executives (AE’s) in managing allocations while following strict deadline expectations.
  • Partner with the distribution center and inventory control when researching discrepancies, and partners with transportation to ensure shipments are following timetables.
  • Ensure account contractual obligations are met through problem solving and analytical skills. Troubleshoots orders as needed.
  • Analyze discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to reconcile.
  • Build relationships with field personnel and corporate partners.
  • Work closely with wave planning and allocation personnel to prioritize customer shipments.
  • Act as a liaison between the distribution center and the customer in the administration of accounts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
