About the role: The Corporate Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office while presenting Coventry in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Maintain a friendly and outgoing attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to remain organized and timely.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers.
• Oversee daily office functions to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Balance and prioritize various tasks and requests from different departments.
• Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Utilize strong email and phone communication skills.
