We are currently hiring for a Coordinator/Companion Care Aide in our Colorado Area! As a Coordinator/Companion Care Aide, you will play a key role in supporting Colorado office operations, compliance tasks, and community outreach initiatives that strengthen Venture Forthe, Inc. (VFI)’s presence and promote agency growth. This hybrid role ensures administrative efficiency, contributes to client and caregiver support systems, and represents VFI professionally in the community. In addition to administrative and outreach responsibilities, the position provides non-medical supportive services to clients, including companionship, household assistance, transportation, and meaningful engagement that enhance quality of life. Note: This position provides non-medical services only. Personal care, medical, or nursing tasks are not permitted.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and electronic documentation systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in caregiving, customer service, office administration, or outreach preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and light household assistance to clients.
  • Assist with simple meal prep, verbal medication reminders, safety monitoring, and client outings.
  • Support administrative tasks including answering phones, intake paperwork, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Process caregiver applications, onboarding documents, and background checks.
  • Assist with scheduling, caregiver coordination, and compliance tracking.
  • Represent the agency at community events and deliver marketing materials to referral sources.
  • Maintain outreach logs, referral tracking, and marketing metrics.
  • Perform general office communications, clerical duties, and other tasks assigned by leadership.
