The Coordinator, Campaign and Growth Initiatives serves as a project assistant, logistics liaison, and operations assistant in implementation of the campaign program in support of Vanderbilt’s comprehensive campaign, university initiatives, and priorities. These include, but will not be limited to, new Vanderbilt campuses in New York City, West Palm Beach, and San Francisco; College of Connected Computing; Power the Impossible; Institute of National Security; and Athletics. In this role, you will also work collaboratively with internal and external constituents to help reach the campaign’s priorities and goals within designated timelines. The Department of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) assists Vanderbilt University in securing the resources, both human and financial, that are required to achieve its mission and goals. The Department is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individuals and organizations whose charitable objectives are consistent with those of Vanderbilt University’s teaching and research programs. DAR’s university development team is responsible for seeking new resources from alumni, parents, friends, and family foundations to support key fundraising priorities.
