Our team oversees talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new hires, ensuring that the Firm attracts and retains top legal talent and business services professionals. We develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure a fair and supportive work environment. Additionally, the People team focuses on training, professional development, work allocation, mobility and fostering a positive workplace culture. We also handle performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Through our comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives, the People team ensures that the Firm’s workforce around the world is motivated, skilled and mobilized to deliver on the Firm’s objectives. The Advisor, Recruitment is responsible for providing essential support to assist the team in making informed decisions such as dealing with matters related to the hiring of lateral partners and other Recruitment needs. This role takes on a number of operational responsibilities within the team, employing Recruitment knowledge to address issues raised during the hiring process. Expected to provide advice, helping business leaders make informed Recruitment decisions. The Advisor, Recruitment conducts detailed investigations and analyses to inform the team and contribute to the enhancement of existing Recruitment approaches. The role will primarily impact the team's effectiveness by maintaining high standards of Recruitment practices, coordinating the smooth delivery of Recruitment initiatives to maximise functional performance on a day-to-day basis.
