Schedules and confirms all receiving and shipping for site. Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6-12 months warehouse shipping and receiving admin support and data entry

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
1-2 years warehouse shipping and receiving admin support and data entry
OSHA Forklift operator certificate

Responsibilities

Operate a stand up forklift as needed by the night shift operation.
Schedules and confirms all receiving and shipping for site.
Read and interpret a lot of information quickly and efficiently in a fast paced work environment.
Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry.
May move and prep trailers for loading and shipping.
