About The Position

Belfonte is looking for an evening shift truck loader. Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm to Midnight. The Cooler Loader shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: 1. LOAD 4 TRUCKS WITH PRODUCT FROM COOLER FOR DELIVERY The role requires loading and moving stacks of milk weighing throughout the shift in the staging and loading of trailers. 2. SECURE PRODUCT IN TRAILER 3. WORK WHERE NEEDED WHEN ASKED. May be required to stack and un-stack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately 6 feet to the ground and back continually for the duration of the shift 4. COMPLETE APPROPRIATE PAPERWORK Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions, perform basic mathematics, and fill out written daily reports. 5. CLEAN COOLER AREAS & LOADOUT DOCK AT END OF SHIFT Must keep work are safe and clean; must work in a safe and efficient manner. Must be able to work in a cold (30 degrees) environment for duration of shift.
