About The Position

This position is responsible for setting up and operating machinery used for cooking while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The Cooker operator controls the cooking process from hydrolyzing the product to a finished product. The role is for the 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, with some Saturday work, starting at 2:30 PM until production ends. The starting pay rate is $18.25/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential. The preceding job description is not all inclusive and the employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor or as the situation dictates. This job description is not a contract and does not circumvent the employment "at will" status of the employee.

• 6 months continuous work history in 2 years

• Running the Machinery that processes the meat into make meal
