BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare all food products for the Steakhouse and other areas as directed. Assist in monitoring products in freezer, walk-ins, and storerooms to ensure freshness, rotation and availability. Assist in quality control of prepared food items. Assist in the buffet to monitor food items. Maintain high sanitation standards. Other duties as assigned.
