About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dominick's Supervisor to join our team. As a Dominick's Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Dominick's department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring that they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our Dominick's department is running smoothly and that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be at least 21 of age

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a retail environment
• Experience in a grocery store setting
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with inventory management software
