Requirements

• Have prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment (hotel experience is a plus).
• Take pride in attention to detail and consistency in your work.

• Can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Are flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a passion for food and a desire to grow in the culinary field.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and brand standards.
• Ensuring food quality, presentation, and portion control meet expectations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Assisting with food prep, stocking, and inventory as needed.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Supporting the team during busy service periods with a positive, can-do attitude.
