About The Position

As a Food Preparation Specialist, you’ll ensure high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and catering services. Responsibilities include: Preparing hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering needs. Assembling meals according to production sheets under the direction of the Chef, Lead, Manager, or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of food preparation experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • ISDOH-approved Food Handler certification (Title 410 IAC 7-22) may be required at some facilities.
