Service of meals for patients, facility staff and guests. Ensuring the kitchen remains clean at all time. Requirements

Comply with established guidelines for sanitation and safety
Utilize portion control guidelines when preparing and serving food
Record dish machine temperatures as required
Follow cleaning assignments of the dining room and kitchen area daily
Interact well with patients in the serving line providing good customer service and offer assistance when needed
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in quantity cooking and a basic knowledge of modified diets and experience in utilizing institutional kitchen equipment and utensils.
