About The Position

are seeking a PRN Cook
to join our Adult Behavioral Health program in
York, PA.

Earn
$16.50/hour, plus shift differentials.

Schedule: PRN; Varied per program need. Must be available for weekends and
rotating holidays.

The Extended Acute Care (EAC) program in York provides comprehensive,
therapeutic support for individuals living with chronic mental health
conditions. As part of our dedicated kitchen team, our Cooks play a vital role
in maintaining a nurturing environment by preparing nutritious meals for 18–25
residents, depending on the meal service.

While formal culinary training is not required, experience cooking for large
groups is essential. The ideal candidate will be dependable, flexible, and
comfortable working in a team-oriented setting that supports the overall
wellness and recovery of our residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience cooking and serving large groups of up to 25 people

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook three meals and two snacks daily for residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
