About The Position

As a Full-Time Cook at The Mainland, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals that enhance the guest experience. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation. You will collaborate with the kitchen/bartender staff to maintain a smooth workflow and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines. This position requires a commitment to excellence in food production, as well as the ability to adapt to changing menus and guest preferences. Ultimately, your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return and enjoy our culinary offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen.
  • Ability to read and speak English for understanding recipes and instructions.
  • Strong manual dexterity and the ability to stand for extended periods.
