Job Description Summary We are looking for a dedicated and culinary-driven Cook to join the Royal Sonesta team. The ideal candidate is a master of their station—capable of handling both hot and cold entrées with precision and flair. We need a team player who brings infectious energy to the kitchen, maintains impeccable organization, and adapts easily to the dynamic nature of luxury hospitality. Job Description Special Qualifications, Education, or Licenses: Must be fully familiar with high-volume restaurant orders Must be able to use a knife, slicing machine, and grater. At least three to five years of experience in a comparable operation. Must possess a current and valid Food Handler's certificate Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a professional kitchen with proficiency in handling both hot and cold food preparations. Availability: Must be available for a Full-Time position and flexible schedule. Note: Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, candidates must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
