Cook side can step in as the cook and will learn both cook and cook side. Prepares, assemble baked goods, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors of the designated facility, preparing and serving food within guidelines of menu and dietary requirements. Is in charge of assigning staff to one of 3 wings to make sure each is covered, and also leads in serving the food to the residents (restaurant style).
