Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional verbal communication
• Must be 18 to apply
• 2-3 years restaurant kitchen experience

Nice To Haves

• Culinary Arts Certificate preferred
• Serve Safe Certificate preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items by chopping, cutting, and mixing.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, along with other cooking methods to follow to specific recipes and standards.
• Adhering to proper food handling and kitchen equipment usage protocols.
• Monitor food product and labeling.
• Rotating product to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to multitask in a high volume environment.
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols.
