As a Cook, you will directly impact the guest experience through delivering high-quality food that exceeds expectations in presentation and flavor. As the heartbeat of the kitchen team, you will drive the efficiency of food service operations through the preparation and execution of our diverse menu. Requirements

Recipe Reader: you understand how to read and follow a recipe for continued consistency in guest product.
Kitchen Organization: you understand Serve Safe standards and procedures for food preparation and storage.
Positive & Helpful Mindset: you have an upbeat attitude and a strong willingness to assist others in order to exceed expectations.
Community Builder: you play a vital role in planting a better community in the workplace and beyond, by actively participating in volunteer events and projects that give back.

Responsibilities

Preparing & cooking a variety of menu items, including pizzas, nachos, sandwiches, salads, and shareable foods, to fulfill individual guest and private event orders.
Delivering consistent and quality food, upholding the kitchen's quality standards & procedures for each menu item for freshness, taste, and presentation.
Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests; facilitating all guest requests and needs, and resolving any guest concerns or issues.
Communicating with your fellow cooks, dishwashers, food runners and leadership throughout your shift and on the line to ensure everyone is on the same page and working together.
Working in all areas of the kitchen, including prep, pizza line, salad/fry, expo; as well as occasionally working the dish pit and running out food, if necessary.
