The cook is expected to build guest relations throughout every shift by engaging with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back. Providing superior guest service and positively affecting interactions with guests and employees is crucial, along with the resiliency to handle difficult guests in all types of business conditions and work effectively with colleagues. The role also includes having complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities and assisting as needed, as well as handling routine customer complaints and incidents, escalating to supervisory personnel when necessary, all while maintaining positive guest relationships. The cook must adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner.
