SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a highly motivated individual with solid kitchen experience, cooking from scratch in a production environment, to join our team at a beautiful boarding school in Hebron, ME. A cook prepares, cooks, and presents food, ensuring quality and consistency according to recipes and standards. They maintain a clean and organized kitchen, manage inventory, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Cooks also assist with other kitchen duties, including food preparation, equipment maintenance, and potentially training other staff.
