As the Dietary Aide/Cook you will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and delivery of food services for our residents. for our residents. Specific responsibilities include: Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and National School Lunch (NSL) guidelines. Assists in developing daily meal rotation menus. Prepare & deliver meals on time per guidelines of NSL. Maintain food storage and preparation areas per standards. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas at all times. Help supervise accurate meal count documentation. Other duties as assigned.
