The six-story, 146-key hotel is located just outside of downtown Missoula and offers a comprehensive range of amenities including a separate full-service restaurant and 22,000 square feet of meeting space, making it the second largest conference center in the state. Your Role As a Cook, you’ll prepare meals with precision and care, ensuring every dish meets our quality standards and enhances the guest experience. You’ll maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment while working collaboratively with your team. Requirements

Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
Skilled in using kitchen tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic math skills for measuring and portioning
High School diploma or GED preferred
Previous kitchen line experience preferred
Food Handlers Card required
Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Prepare meals according to recipes and guest specifications
Read menus to estimate food requirements and manage inventory
Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, and steam kettles
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff
Ensure food is prepared and served simultaneously, with high quality and timeliness
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Properly date, store, and rotate food items
Maintain temperature logs and comply with food safety standards
Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen culture
Perform other duties as assigned
