The cook is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, including cleanliness and sanitization, food preparation and serving, and adhering to the policies and procedures of the program, specifically those related to the kitchen, to help maintain a safe environment for the shelter guests. The cook contributes to Bay Cove’s mission by providing nutritious meals and promoting an environment in which guests feel safe and supported as they work towards their personal goals. This is a non-exempt position.
