Service of meals for patients, facility staff and guests. Ensuring the kitchen remains clean at all time. Requirements

  • Comply with established guidelines for sanitation and safety
  • Utilize portion control guidelines when preparing and serving food
  • Record dish machine temperatures as required
  • Follow cleaning assignments of the dining room and kitchen area daily
  • Interact well with patients in the serving line providing good customer service and offer assistance when needed
  • The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in quantity cooking and a basic knowledge of modified diets and experience in utilizing institutional kitchen equipment and utensils.
