Our goal is to provide engaging and nutritious dining solutions tailored to support academic achievement at the highest levels. The Position Baking sweets and savoury morning and after tea items Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students Work with a small and supportive team Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients Monitor stock and minimize wastage Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices Assisting with retail, lunch and dinner functions. Work largely within school hours, school term time and spend time where it counts - with family
Requirements
- Working with Children Check is essential, or ability to obtain
- Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
- Proven experience in Cold larder, bakery & prep skills
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Eye for detail and great with time management
- Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
