Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
At least one year of culinary experience

Nice To Haves

Formal culinary training or degree preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes by following standardized recipes, ensuring proper seasoning, doneness, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas while efficiently managing food inventory and production prep.
Support daily kitchen operations, coordinating deliveries, and properly handling meats, produce, and baked goods.
Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
