This position includes both the cook and dietary aide functions. Descriptions are the same for either position unless noted. COOK: Food preparation and production according to department requirements for quality, quantity, safety and nutrition, while meeting established meal schedules. Maintains sanitary environment including dish washing. DIETARY AIDE: Responsible for providing assistance in food production, tray preparation and service, dish washing. Maintains sanitary environment. The Position: 1.0 FTE 80 hours per pay period. Pay: Starts at $16.50, increases with experience. Shift: Sunday-Saturday, Weekend, and Holidays.
