This position is for a 2nd Shift Cook at Jennie-O Turkey Store in Barron, WI. The role involves the complete operation of ovens and smoking equipment, including monitoring cook cycles, charts, and product quality, as well as completing associated paperwork. The Cook is responsible for accurately documenting cook information on HACCP forms and adhering to good manufacturing practices. The role requires a self-starter who can determine the match between product priority and oven availability. The individual must be willing to work other shifts to cover absences and vacations, serve as a backup for oven cleaning, and participate in quarterly overhead cleaning.
