Requirements

A dedicated and reliable team player with a passion for cooking and hospitality.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of kitchen cleanliness and safety.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Experienced in basic cooking techniques, knife handling, and food prep; culinary school or prior kitchen experience preferred.
Open to feedback and eager to learn new skills and station responsibilities.
Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot or confined environments.
Flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and occasional late hours.
Holds or willing to obtain a valid food handler certification per local health regulations.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with daily prep and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling to meet safety and sanitation standards.
Work closely with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service during meal periods.
Follow portion control guidelines and minimize waste through careful preparation and execution.
Maintain awareness of allergen and dietary requirements, ensuring proper communication and handling.
Support banquet or special event prep and execution as needed.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, monitoring inventory, and reporting shortages.
Uphold a team-oriented, respectful kitchen environment that values professionalism and collaboration.
