Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Understanding of food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment

  • Culinary training or certification
  • Experience with diverse cuisines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure food is presented in an appealing and consistent manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or spoilage
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
