About The Position

The Windsor Court seeks a skilled fine-dining cook to join our team and prepare food according to our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of cooking experience, be able to stand for long periods, and work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment. Cooks must also be able to lift 50 pounds and work holidays and weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience in a fine dining restaurant
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to focus attention on details
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to the quality standards of The Windsor Court
• Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner
• Maintain Cook’s station and kitchen inventory
