POSITION SUMMARY: The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines, Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time. Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system. Restocks work station with food products as needed. Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department. Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards. Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times. Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times Completes and abides by all training requirements. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
