Requirements

• A genuine love of cooking and food presentation
• Someone who takes pride in their work and the dining experience
• Friendly, approachable, and open to feedback
• Detail-oriented and committed to following recipes and guidelines
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to read and prepare recipes independently
• Working knowledge of cooking fundamentals
• Serve-Safe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Allergy awareness and anti-choking training
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, dietary needs, and safety guidelines
• Present food with care, pride, and attention to detail
• Step out to connect with residents and gather feedback
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Support the chef and kitchen team as needed
• Take pride in every meal served
