Summary of Functions: Responsible for the preparation, production, and/or displaying of all foods in an assigned area. Ensures standards and expectations of food quality are met during scheduled shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls, and the Kalispel Casino Policies and Procedures. Ability to perform various types of cooking methods. Follow all recipes and procedures including measuring, mixing, carving, cutting, washing and other techniques required for a full-service kitchen. Prepares and display food to specifications set by the Chef Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines set forth by the FDA. Performs quality control checks before and after production to ensure health and sanitation standards are followed. Available to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record. May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.
