Temp COOK TRAINEE– (Commercial cooking)- · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of measurements is required, but will train. · Will cook sauces in large commercial kettles following the batch requirements. · Ensures all bags are properly labeled with defied ingredients for product to be cooked. · Will use electric or manual pallet jacks to move 50lb bags and ingredient packages (weight between 10lb - 30lbs) Experience with folk lift is a plus. · Culinary training/experience and or sous chefs are ideal candidates. · Willing to work second shift – 2:00pm to 12:30am · Work week is Monday - Friday 19.00
