About The Position

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of measurements is required, but we will train. Will cook sauces in large commercial kettles following the batch requirements. Ensures all bags are properly labeled with defined ingredients for the product to be cooked. Will use electric or manual pallet jacks to move 50lb bags and ingredient packages (weight between 10 lb. and 30 lbs.) Experience with forklifts is a plus. Culinary training/experience and/or sous chefs are ideal candidates. Willing to work second shift – 2:00pm to 12:30am Monday - Friday 19.00
