Requirements

At least 7 years of related progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
Food Handlers Certification as required by state regulations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to focus attention on details
Ability to carry up to 20 to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Supervise the preparation of food items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation across all dining outlets.
Lead and assist kitchen staff, utilizing previous supervisory experience to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Anticipate needs, evaluate alternatives and solve problems efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Clearly convey information and ideas and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests.
Work with financial information and basic arithmetic functions to support kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
