As a Cook III in our Nelson Farm Food Truck, this individual leads daily mobile‑kitchen operations by preparing high‑quality dishes that meet Suncadia’s culinary, safety, and presentation standards. This role maintains a clean, efficient, and fully stocked food truck while coordinating orders, monitoring product rotation, and supporting overall service flow. Given the nature of the food truck, this individual also provides excellent guest service. They assist with ordering, equipment upkeep, and cross‑training while modeling proper food‑handling techniques and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
