As a Cook II in our Swim & Fitness Center Food Truck, this inidivual prepares high‑quality menu items to Suncadia standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile kitchen. This role supports daily food truck operations by coordinating orders, monitoring food quality and rotation, ensuring safe and sanitary food‑handling practices, and delivering excellent guest service. They also assist with inventory, equipment care, and cross‑outlet support as needed.
