As a Cook II at Mason Street Grill, you will be responsible for the preparation of meats, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and efficiency. This role requires prior experience and technical proficiency to support a seamless kitchen operation. Mason Street Grill in downtown Milwaukee has become a local favorite for wood-grilled steaks, fresh seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and live jazz music. In addition to great food and drinks, we provide service you can’t find anywhere else.
