Hours: 40 hrs/wk 530a-2p and 700a-330p with an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. This position prepares regular and therapeutic diet, hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering. Assembles food items according to production sheets under the direction of the Chef, Lead, Manager, or Supervisor. Training will be provided as needed.
