This candidate will be an integral part of Nick's Quorum culinary team as well as helping execute the BARroom menu selections. As a Cook I, you would be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for cold and hot food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the pantry station, ensuring all cold items are made accurately and consistently.
  • Execute prep work and line cooking duties with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Support execution of the BARroom menu, including timely preparation, assembly, and coordination with the bar and culinary teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with kitchen standards.
  • Cook and plate menu items to specification during brunch and dinner service in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the Chef and culinary team to ensure smooth service and accurate execution.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory following proper food‑safety procedures.
  • Follow all kitchen safety protocols and uphold brand and quality standards at all times.
  • Adapt to schedule variations, including weekends and holidays, and reliably report to shifts with dependable transportation.
