Since 1955, the hotel has hosted memorable moments etched in history from dazzling red carpet events to celebrity galas and we want you to be a part of the team who combines the excitement and entertainment of Hollywood with the prestige of Beverly Hills. Shift: Various - must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Classification\: F ull-Time Union Position: This position is part of the Local 11 Union which requires complete open availability . We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
- Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
