About The Position

A Historic Properties Cook will assist in the preparation and plating of food
for all events at the Historic Properties. Focus on the highest level of
customer service and quality in a fine dining setting. Contributes to ongoing
menu creation and development, all focused on health and wellness. Ability to
coordinate with culinary team to execute multiple course menus in accordance to
event schedule. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
throughout kitchen and workspaces. Assists with clean up and dishes after event
as needed.
