The Part-time Food Service Assistant will work alongside the Lead Cook in coordinating and preparing meal service / banquet events and assist in all phases of food preparation and dining room functions. This position will work with kitchen staff and ensure that all professional food preparation and quality control standards are followed to deliver outstanding service at Our Lady of Perpetual Retreat Center. Flexible schedule includes weekends and holidays. Training provided.
